Visitor Services Officer

  • $40.00 - $45.00 per hour + super
  • Close to Parramatta station

Your new company
Our NSW state government client is seeking an experienced Visitor Services Officer to join their busy, dynamic and fast paced team.

Your new role
• Develop and maintain primary visitor and community contact points to act as a primary source of customer information, gathering information on visitor experiences and feedback, acting as a front of house contact point and the maintenance of visitor relations management data bases.
• Liaise with the Manager, Business Development and Senior Program Officers to develop strategies to initiate and coordinate the promotion of the Parks to community groups, events management and the wider community.
• Co-ordinate and manage booking administration in collaboration with Events and Program staff.
• Develop and implement visitor communication and service plans, protocols, policies and procedures to build awareness and understanding and assist in gaining input and support from stakeholders for the activities and events of the Parks.
• Research, analyse and produce high quality reports, project plans , presentations, submissions and recommendations to support and improve the community visitor experience.

What you'll need to succeed
Looking for an experienced visitor Service officer who has prior experience with bookings.
