Sales & Service Banking Consultant

The Role

We currently have an exciting Permanent, Part-Time opportunity for a motivated and sales focussed individual to join our team as a Sales & Service Banking Consultant in our Erina Branch. This role is a minimum of 22.5 hours per week, across 5 days, however we are looking for someone who can work additional hours on a regular basis.

 

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include:

  • Assessing customer needs through open and targeted communication and recommending appropriate options and outcomes  
  • Achieving sales, service and risk compliance outcomes  
  • Fulfilling customer outcomes for Bank, General Insurance, Lending and Life products  
  • Proactively completing outbound calls to existing and previous customers 

 

Training

Full time classroom training is provided for 2 weeks followed by elective learnings.

 

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in sales or retail
  • A high level of enthusiasm and drive
  • A genuine interest in career progression
  • The ability to develop solutions and courses of action and recommend solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships
  • Sound ability with technology, innovation and digital solutions
