About the Role
Reporting to a highly experienced and engaging Branch Manager, your success in the role will ensure a long-term career with this market leader. Broad responsibilities include:

  • Provide a range of support services to MiTek's fabricator customers including computer/systems support for roof truss, floor truss and wall frame software, advice on truss plant management and equipment and promote MiTek's Builders Hardware products where appropriate.
  • Develop close and enduring business relationships with Fabricators by understanding their needs and providing the necessary products and services.
  • Assist in Fabricator training as required - provide assistance with pre-release and Beta testing of MiTek software both in-house and at fabricator sites.
  • Liaise closely with Computer Services staff and other MiTek departments to ensure that service is being provided at the highest possible level.
  • Assist the Sales team to develop sales strategies, and service and develop current and potential Fabricators according to agreed sales targets through proactive selling effort and technical support services.
  • Maintain communication with competitive Fabricators and new prospective fabricators to work towards their adoption of the MiTek system.
  • Establish a detailed understanding of competitive products and services, and monitor and report on competitive activities.

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have an Engineering/Technical qualification and strong, hands-on experience AND passion for technical customer support as detailed above or in other manufacturing/industrial sectors.
