Admin / Client Liaison Officer

We are on the hunt for a professional and experienced Admin / Client Liaison Officer to join our client at their logistics site located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Our client houses some of Australia’s iconic fashion brands and are looking to expand their growing team. Liaising directly with the Client Representative, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks and communication for one of their major clients. This role offers a Full Time Ongoing opportunity for an Immediate Start.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Arranging booking and transport
  • Consignment notes and carton labels
  • Administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, with exposure to Manhattan preferable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An understanding of Logistics and Warehousing
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Highly driven in the quality of your work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
