    This well-known company in Norwest Business Park and is a leader within their industry. Providing a
    specialised service to their clients, they are famous for their customer service, speed to market and
    industry knowledge.
     
    A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist to join the sales team. Based on
    a busy front desk, you will be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls as well as assisting a
    demanding sales team with day to day administration. This role is an integral part of the success of the
    brand.
     
    As the sole administration support to the team, no two days are the same, so if you thrive within a fast
    paced, ever changing environment, read on!
    Other responsibilities include;
     

    • Answering incoming phone calls – assisting with general enquiries
    • Meeting and greeting clients
    • Managing meeting room bookings
    • Extensive administration and sales support to various departments
    • Formatting documents
    • Assisting the sales / marketing department as required
    • Keeping reception area and meeting rooms neat and tidy
    • Office management
    • Scanning and filing documents
    • Research, price and purchase office supplies and shopping
    • Data entry and database maintenance

     
    About you;

    You are experienced, energetic, mature, proactive and friendly in nature. You understand the importance
    of maintaining confidentiality and dealing with sensitive information.
     
    You are extremely computer efficient and can juggle various projects at the one time whilst maintaining
    accuracy.
     
    Exceptionally presented, you are professional and have an excellent phone manner.
