Your new role
As an inbound Customer Service Banker you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls from corporate and business customers about a range of simple to complex enquiries.
  • Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools

Identifying, addressing and resolving general inquiries from customers

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Previous experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
  • Someone who enjoys linking in with customers over the phone to build relationships.
Due to the ongoing nature of this assignment, only Australians citizen’s and permanent residents will be considered for this role.
