Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk – Parramatta

What You Will Be Doing:

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Check each supplier’s invoice individual to the import feed before posting
  • Process invoices for hearing device suppliers in NAV using Auto Match functions
  • Ensure that all credit notes are received and processed
  • Process any month-end supplier accruals
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier’s accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding suppliers’ invoices from stores
  • G/L coding and processing of general expensive invoices, rent, petty cash reimbursements and employee expense claim reimbursements
  • Complete weekly payment runs
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by management.

What We Are Seeking:

  • Part-time employee for 25 hours per week across 5 days
  • An individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in accounts payable will be highly regarded
  • Would suit someone looking to work school hours or accounting student looking to get a foot in the door!
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
