Questas Corporate provides shared services to all Questas group companies. Based in Seven Hills, Sydney we provide services across finance, IT, logistics, marketing, HR, administration and safety.

About the Role

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our end-to-end talent acquisition process across the group. You will partner with Hiring Managers to deliver quality blue and white collar candidates across the group.

You will have a hands on approach to talent acquisition and be proficient across a variety of channels including job board search, social networking, referrals and direct approach.

Reporting to the COO you will play a vital role in implementing our newly centralised recruitment function, while making a valuable contribution to the development of our talent pipeline. 

Your Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for key roles
  • Partner with managers to determine job requirements and gain an understanding of the business operations and culture
  • Source suitably qualified candidates for job vacancies using a variety of channels including job board search, social networking, referrals and direct approach
  • Provide a selection of suitably qualified candidates for the Hiring Manager and arrange interviews
  • Ensure a consistent, professional experience is provided for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment process as per policy and in line with Recruitment KPIs
  • Prepare / update recruitment reports and dashboard
  • Contribute to projects and recruitment improvement initiatives
  • Establish strong, collaborative and productive working relationships with business unit heads and branch staff

Your Skills and Experience

  • 3-4 years’ experience in an internal talent acquisition role
  • Confident dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience across blue and white collar roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work unsupervised
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, practices and tools
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
