Trainee Manager

Advantage Air is a 27 years strong company that specialises in the design, manufacture and wholesale of air-conditioning components and smart home products. Our successful business is based on outstanding customer service, a commitment to excellence and employment of excellent people.

After growing our Perth and Brisbane operations into large businesses, we have recently entered NSW and are having a great impact here, hence the need to grow our team. Being a new operation, its an exciting place to be around.

The company consists of sales, administration and customer service, manufacturing and after sales support. Our unique training program involves working in each area to gain a deep understanding of the entire business and how it operates on a day to day level. During this time you will demonstrate your strengths and leadership potential.

All our senior managers in the company began their careers in this way, and the aim is that successful candidates will also follow this pathway

This role would suit a university graduate looking to pursue a career in business or leadership or someone whose experiences have led them to this opportunity. 

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Knows themselves well, yet knows there is a lot still to learn
  • Is hungry to learn about business and is serious about achieving in life
  • Enjoys working in a team, and also leading the team from within it – think like the captain of a sporting team.
