About the role

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality financial support to the Textile Care, Healthcare & Food Retail businesses.  This will include monthly results analysis, monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and contract review.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of various ANZ business units, ensuring improved understanding of sales trends, margins trends and SG&A trends for business leaders
  • Complete monthly reporting packages for associated business leaders
  • Ensure all finance control requirements including SOX requirements are met by the business
  • Complete forecast for associated ANZ businesses in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the budget process for these businesses, ensuring all revenue and costs are accurately captured, analysed and phased in conjunction with the business leader and senior management
  • Complete all contract review for these business units including reviewing sales proposals, on-going analysis of existing business and tracking of pricing and margins
  • Complete quarterly profitability reviews of corporate and key customers
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and corporate standards
  • Manage the company’s cash and assets in an efficient, economical manner preventing waste or misuse

Technically speaking you will have:

  • Accounting Degree
  • Advanced reporting skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Management Accounting Experience – minimum 7 year’s
  • Demonstrated experience with systems and processes
  • Strong reporting skills, including Excel, Hyperion Reporting, MS Office
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience in dealing with senior sales and finance personnel
