Your new role
In this role as Digital Settlements Officer, you will be required to:

  • Process property settlements through the electronic system Pexa
  • Data entry of information into NAB's systems and databases.
  • Validating information for both clients and NAB bankers, brokers or solicitors.
  • Check that documents are within compliance guidelines
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding any enquiries and following up on missing or incorrect information.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and work as part of a team
  • General administration duties

This role is paying $29.96 per hour plus super, with full time hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed
You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following:
Relevant tertiary degree such as Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Law

  • Previous administration experience
  • Established problem solving abilities
  • Proven communication skills - as you will be on the phones with solicitors and brokers
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Full availability from Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)

Due to the ongoing nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
