This genuine industry leader specialising in Fluid Power/Hydraulics products and services to a vast array of industries seeks the services of an experienced National Sales Manager to take ownership of their highly experienced and motivated national sales team.

In this dynamic, challenging and pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring, maintaining and recommending sales strategies relating to specific customer groups
  • Examining changing market requirements and conditions and recommending necessary changes
  • Identifying new market/business opportunities
  • Implementing sales strategies efficiently
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing the national sales team

Your previous National Sales Management experience coupled with your natural enthusiasm, drive and self motivation will hold you in good stead. Key attributes that you will possess include:

  • Previous sales management experience within the hydraulics sector
  • A solid understanding of Hydraulics/Fluid Power, Connectors, Hoses, Seals, etc.
  • Excellent people management, coaching and development skills
  • An ability to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
  • A willingness and desire to continue learning.

You will be a self starter with effective communication, presentation, time a management and negotiation skill who’s a quick learner, resourceful, have excellent attention to detail, exceptional; planning and organization skills, client/customer focused and team player with a positive can-do attitude.
