About the Opportunity:
Hitachi has a rare and exciting opportunity available for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Mining Manager to lead and positively enable the Mining Division sales and marketing activities for the Eastern Region.
This position will be best suited for a personable professional who enjoys developing valuable relationships and is connected and committed to ensuring Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction is always delivered. In this position, you will share and showcase the company corporate image, our goals and objectives when partnering with your team to understand customer needs and build profitable accounts.
About You - To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

- Experience & Skillset - Demonstrated sales management experience in capital equipment or related earthmoving industries.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination - Demonstrated methodical and practical approach to business marketing activities; collecting the appropriate data to draw out appropriate conclusions with innovative solutions
- Leadership Experience - Engaging and fostering collaborative team efforts with unwavering integrity
- Qualifications - Management, Mechanical Engineering or business related tertiary studies will be a distinct advantage
- Personable and Professional Communication Skills - above all else, your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
