A fantastic opportunity for a full time IT support specialists to join a global property development company based in Sydney CBD.

This company is looking for a level 1-2 IT support person or recent IT graduate who has completed a few internships to join their team. This role would be ideal for someone who wants to start their career in the IT sector, develop new skills and expand their existing knowledge on the field and to gain exposure into administrative duties as well.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the office in ICT functions and admin ad hoc duties.

Key duties:

  • Technical requests and IT support for PC’s, laptops, mobiles, telephones, meeting room equipment and conference
  • General office/admin duties
  • Servicing and troubleshooting
  • Installation of hard and software’s
  • Documentation of updating records in the IT systems
  • Escalating to third part vendors when needed
  • Maintenance of office supplies and equipment

Skills:

  • Experience working in the IT industry at help desk level
  • Superior written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
  • Be able to work autonomously and in a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • IT related qualifications
