Recruitment and Account Manager

Revolution IT is Asia Pacific's leading IT consulting and Application Lifecycle Management solutions provider. We deliver quality throughout the entire application lifecycle by specialising in services such as IT governance, program and project management, requirements management and quality assurance.

Due to significant growth plans and an increase in client demand for our services, an exciting new opportunity has arisen in our Canberra office for a Recruitment and Account Manager to join our team. In this highly autonomous role you will be supporting our business in the end-to-end recruitment of quality IT talent across ACT and helping to manage Revolution IT's key accounts. 

This is a highly autonomous role looking for an individual who is looking to broaden their recruitment career. 

You will be the first point of contact and experience with our brand, so we are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and hardworking individual. You'll be stepping into a fast paced environment, be challenged daily and will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our culture by recruiting high quality consultants into Revolution IT.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Assist with managing activities in key accounts. 

·       First point of contact for consultants and some key contacts.

·       Consultant engagement and welfare, ensuring that our team are happy and well taken care of.

·       Ability to help grow out key accounts and build solid relationships with the client stakeholders.

·       Consistently maintain a pipeline of candidates and talent pools. 

·       Headhunt talent to ensure Revolution IT are hiring the best in the market. 

·       Screen, shortlist and assess perspective candidates in line with the recruitment strategy

·       Update and track all candidate records through our candidate management system

·       Manage internal tracking of resources on assignments and maintain availability reports.

·       Assist with project planning and allocation of resources

·       Contribute to market and company culture

To be successful in the role, you will have:

·       A minimum of 3 years' experience recruiting either for an agency or in-house.

·       Experience in IT or Testing recruitment would be highly desirable

·       User of recruitment systems and social media platforms such as LinkedIn to efficiently manage talent pools and attract the best and most suitable candidates

·       You will thrive on developing strong working relationships both internally and externally and enjoy supporting the business in best practice and value added services.

·       Strong capability in negotiating and influencing at all levels

·       Possess exceptional communication, presentation and organisation skills

·       Have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

·       Proactive with a positive attitude, patient and flexible in your work approach
