Milestones English Academy is a provider of intensive English language courses to overseas students (ELICOS). Located in Melbourne CBD, the learning experience is easily accessible from all around the city. What we are looking for:

•    You love working one-on-one with students to help them get what they need
•    You have sensational people skills that allow you to get in front of problems and assist students with their queries
•    You thrive in a dynamic environment and working across operational and academic teams

Key responsibilities will include:
•    Providing high-quality face to face, telephone, and email support to our students
•    Contributing to the continuous improvement of student systems and internal processes
•    Managing student enrolments 
•    Processes special consideration, withdrawals, deferrals and student progression and deliver to related departments
•    Maintaining accurate student records ensuring a high level of confidentiality


 Key selection criteria include: 
•    Experience working in Education environments
•    Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially  Word, Excel, Outlook) and database
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•    Ability to meet deadlines and priorities

•    High level administration and organization skills
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Experience handling customer queries
•    Problem solving skills
•    Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Experience in using Wisenet
