Our client is a software company providing a niche product for their Global & National clients.  Located on the lower North Shore (parking provided), this is a fabulous opportunity to join a small and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment which offers great job satisfaction.  You will be providing administration support to Management and their Clients with specific responsibilities including the following:-
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email
  • Data Entry and coordination of tasks relating to client requests 
  • Managing client projects (projects involve employee surveying and the position entails rolling out survey materials, monitoring response and generating reports)
  • Spreadsheet management
  • Database maintenance
To be considered for this role you will require:
  • Top communication skills both written & verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency using web-based software platforms
  • Previous office based experience involving administration and liaising with clients
A salary guide is $55,000 + Superannuation (this is negotiable dependent on experience) and hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm.  Full training will be provided.
