About you:
You are a passionate IT Service Desk Professional who likes to wear multiple hats and solve problems. You will support all internal IT systems. You will provide Level 1 & 2 technical expertise where and have the opportunity to get involved and participate in several upcoming and exciting Infrastructure Projects.
 
Essentials:
  • Proven experience working in a Level 1 & 2 IT Support role
  • Knowledge and good exposure across Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Windows, Windows Server, AD, Power BI and other Microsoft associated services
  • IT Infrastructure support experience, with active knowledge of relevant troubleshooting skills and tools
  • Server Infrastructure – VMware/ Citrix / Remote Access
  • Network Security knowledge and understanding
  • Able to manage Desktop & Server hardware and software updates
  • End-user and application support
  • Basic Networking Essentials
  • Backup and disaster recovery administration experience (Desirable)
  • Modern device and user management experience (MDM/MAM – AirWatch preferred)
  • Experience with Netscaler (Desirable)
  • Understand Storage concepts and applicability
  • Experience in operations teams that are required to provide 24x7 support
