Front Office Receptionist

Do you enjoy providing quality customer service? Are you enthusiastic and bubbly? 

Citadines on Bourke is in need of a dedicated full time Guest Service Officer to help provide a warm and welcoming experience to our guests. 

Successful candidates will work a rotating roster covering shifts of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm and will reap the rewards of their hard work! 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Attending to guests requests and managing their accounts
  • Check in and check out of guests
  • Providing insight on services and local Melbourne attractions
  • Administration associated with the Guest Service office
  • Facilitating communication between all departments
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures

Ideally you must have:

  • Flexible availability 
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of the Melbourne CBD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding personal presentation
  • High attention to detail
