I am exclusively engaged with Allard Shelton as they look for their next Sales and Leasing Executive. With growth opportunities in Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan Melbourne. Allard Shelton are looking for an ambitious and hands on individual to join their high performing team.

The sales and leasing team is experiencing growth as a result of current market activity with a focus on both Melbourne CBD and broader Metropolitan Melbourne.

Description

Based from the Allard Shelton headquarters on Collins Street, the role will report into the Sales Director

Your core duties will include:

  • Following up new leads and referrals
  • Preparing proposals
  • Meeting and exceeding listing targets for sales and leasing
  • Motivating the sales and leasing team to reach and exceed their budgets
  • Developing and managing sales and leasing marketing material
  • Creating and managing an enabling workplace culture
  • Setting and managing budgets in conjunction with the Sales Director
  • Developing relationships through networking
  • Assisting with marketing strategy development
  • Preparing various status reports
  • Preparing strategy plans to identify specific targets and new business opportunities
  • Managing the CRM system to maximise its benefits
  • Developing processes to maximise team efficiency's and customer experiences

Profile

As a Sales and Leasing Executive, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven track record of sales and leasing across commercial, retail or industrial
  • Passion for Sales and Leasing
  • Well networked individual
  • Customer focused
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional presentation
