Customer Experience Officer

Let’s start with some details about us

Melbourne Sports Centres has three elite sports venues. Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC) and Lakeside Oval in Albert Park, and the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Parkville. Each year our venues attract over 2.5 million visitors who use our facilities to train, compete, recover or spectate. If you would like to be a part of world class sporting facilities, then you will love working with us.

And now a bit about the Customer Experience Officer Role

Our Customer Experience Team are the face of our organisation. As a Customer Experience Officer, you will serve as the customer’s primary point of contact, and own customer issues from start to finish. In this role you will join our team of customer service superstars to help deliver world class customer experiences. You will process transactions, provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors. You will regularly be required to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude to deliver solutions at a fast pace. Tasks and responsibilities are varied, you may help a member with access issues through the pool gates or dealing with a complaint as a large event has disrupted another member’s daily swim. This isn’t a job for everyone, but you’ll love it if you like to take charge and get things done in a fun but sometimes-hectic environment.
