A fantastic opportunity to relocate to Christchurch, New Zealand! Landpower have created the role of Head of Customer and Marketing to evolve the engagement and connectivity with their customers. Reporting into the GM of Product this is a green fields role that will allow the successful post holder to develop the end to end customer strategy, introducing new ways of working and creating a best in class customer experience.

Adopting a customer centric approach to its business they have created a Head of Marketing role which will be the driving force behind the whole Omni channel experience.

 

This is a true transformation role which will enable the post holder to drive significant changes within the business and how they engage with customers. We are looking for a proven expert that aligns with the vision and company values

Description

Reporting into the General Manager of Product, this is an integral role to the business. The Head of Customer and Marketing will define the marketing and brand strategy, in addition to creating best in class customer experience through multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 

This is a key leadership role at Landpower that needs to cultivate a high performing culture within the team, as well as aligning to the non-corporate company culture. Ensuring that the team of 5 thrive in a fast paced, nimble and innovative environment; a team that truly fosters new ideas.

 

The Head of Customer and Marketing will be a key conduit for the dealer network. The success of this role lies with the ability to create a vision for the brand, bring these key stakeholders on the transformation journey, working with the dealer network to make it a reality.

 

This is an exciting strategic and grass roots role, giving the post holder an opportunity to join a business that is primed for change, one that embraces innovation and is passionate about challenging the status quo and delivering best in class customer experiences.

 

Profile

We are looking for a proven marketing leader from the agricultural, automotive or construction automotive industries. A Head of Customer and Marketing that has demonstrated the ability to drive change and deliver results.

  • 10+ years in CRM and marketing from a similar industry.
  • Experience in leading marketing teams, which demonstrate a positive team culture
  • Proven ability to operate in both strategic and operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Excellent understanding of marketing and digital principles and how they should be best applied to deliver sales
  • A change agent that is motivated by delivering results through transformation
