Payroll Officer - Permanent
A new permanent position has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer. You will be working within a small payroll team and be responsible for full processing of multiple payrolls. This organisation have seen strong growth over the past year, which is set to continue. You must have recent experience in a full function payroll position and have hold good technical knowledge. 


Duties:
  • Prep & process 1000+ employees weekly & monthly
  • Timesheet entry
  • Interpreting awards & EBAs
  • Processing EOM reports
  • Reconcile payroll errors
  • Resolve payroll queries
  • Calculate of overtime, backpays & bonus'
  • Process new starters & terminations


Skills & Experience Required:
  • 3+ years within a full function payroll position
  • Experience processing multiple payrolls
  • Complete understanding of all payroll related compliance and legislative obligations
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to work well in a small team
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
