Exciting opportunities are now available for a highly motivated and proactive individuals to join our close-knit Administration & Customer Service team in Wetherill Park. In these diverse roles, you will liaise with customers and corporate clients, make outbound progress update calls, receive inbound enquiries via phone and email and assist with general administration tasks.
 
We currently have 2 roles available – 1 x 6-month maternity leave contract and 1 x permanent position. Both opportunities will involve working full-time, Monday to Friday hours.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls
  • Create a memorable experience for our clients & customers
  • Provide a high level of personalised customer service
  • Manage client relationships & correspondence
  • Work with various client programs & portals at any given time
  • Register incoming jobs within SLA & utilise company system
  • Schedule daily bookings for our teams site attendance
  • Complete submission of client reports & quotations 
  • Issue residential & commercial building contracts to customers, including processing & review of returned signed contracts
  • General administration tasks
Key Selection Criteria:
 
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience in an office-based role
  • Confident & professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive & able to think on your feet
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure & achieve KPI’s
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Positive attitude & desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
  • Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
  • Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry ideal, however not essential
