About the Role

This role is perfect for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic individual who loves the beauty industry and solving problems for customers. You will be responding to a combination of customer enquiries; Clarins online order enquiries, product information, website and general Clarins enquiries.

This role is perfectly suited to someone that already has experience working in call center or retail store environment.

  • Connect, service and build relationships with customers across multiple channels of communication including; phone, email, Facebook and live chat.
  • Promote a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
  • Assist with a variety of inquiries related to website navigation, customer orders and product information

About you:

  • You are passionate about customer service
  • You have at least 1+ year of experience
  • You love the beauty industry and online shopping
  • You are a confident Communicator
  • You are a relationship builder
  • You pride yourself on your organisational skills
  • You are solutions driven
  • You love learning new skills
