Customer Service Representative - Onsite Stocktake

  • Immediate Start - 10 positions available
  • No Experience Required - Training Provided
  • $25 per hour
  • 7.5 hrs per day  
  • Project period 4-6 weeks
  • Sydney - All Areas 

About the company:

CMG Smart Services have been providing Onsite Support services for over 25 years. Our business is growing and we now have opportunities within the business for 10 mobile representatives within the Sydney area to perform stocktakes of Photocopier consumables on customer sites.

The Role: 

The role involves traveling to customer locations and counting the amount of consumables on a customer premises, asking basic questions, recording the information and submitting electronically. The stocktakes are expected to be completed in approximately 4 to 6 weeks with a view for further ongoing projects.

  • This is a very basic stocktake and questionnaire
  • All Training and Support Provided

The Right Person for the Role:

The successful candidate must be an individual who embraces challenges and responsibility with enthusiasm and energy. You are a confident and effective communicator directly with business professionals.

Specifically you would display the following:

  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Very well-presented professional and possess a positive attitude
  • Be able to identify part numbers of products
  • Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Be able to adhere to work schedule and closing jobs daily

All applicants must possess the following:

  • Australian residency or visa is eligible to work on a full time basis for a period of 4 to 6 weeks 
  • MUST Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Mobile phone with data
