Despatch Clerk -Part time

Our client, Australia's leading provider of cold-chain logistics services and supply chain solutions, is seeking to appoint an experienced Warehouse despatch clerk to join their Truganina operations team on a part time basis.

As the successful candidate you will have proven experience in the transport / logistics industry in a despatch/ transport administration role to enable you to hit the ground running with the following tasks:

  • Customer service, communicating with customers as to when they will receive their order, and confirming delivery details are correct
  • Liaising with drivers and collecting their paperwork
  • Data entry/entering orders into WMS
  • Scheduling of jobs
  • Processing documents
  • General admin duties

You will have clear and concise communication skills, strong attention to detail along with EXCELLENT computer skills (exp with WMS highly advantageous). A minimum 12 months proven experience within the logistics sector with clerical/despatch experience is required for this position.

This part-time position will require you to work  between the hours of 11am- 4pm Monday to Friday. You must be available to work these hours.
