Our Client is a market-leading software company,  who is looking to recruit a full-time Receptionist to join their friendly and supportive team.  The perfect person for this position will be a true people person who has strong organisational and communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude. 

You will be based at the front desk and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Answering calls, meeting and greeting clients
  • Liaising with building landlord for access, security and car parking
  • Organising contractors such as air conditioning, company plants, water machines, etc
  • Proactively managing stationery and kitchen stock 
  • Coordinating boardroom bookings, set up and meeting catering
  • Coordinating office cleaning, recycling, waste, and shredded material removal
  • Managing mail and couriers
  • Looking after general office maintenance ensuring the office is kept to a high standard at all times
To be considered you will have experience in a customer-facing role (ideally within a corporate environment) and be highly adept in handling incoming calls and customer queries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with a friendly nature.
