An exciting opportunity to work for an industry super fund, handling inbound queries from new and existing members. Take the next step in your career with training for your RG146. To be successful in this role you will have a professional phone manner, have a passion for superannuation and helping members.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls from existing and new members
  • Handle general enquiries, provide product knowledge and assist with online systems
  • Maintain superior level of customer service to all customers
  • Build strong working internal and external relationships
  • Update all records and systems
Essential skills and criteria:
  • Previous experience working in superannuation
  • RG146 Qualification as a minimum 
  • Excellent phone manner and a passion for delivering superior service
  • Knowledge of superannuation industry and products
  • Previous phone based experience
