Customer Solutions Analyst / Admin Assistant

Our client is a large, high profile Corporation who are located in prestige offices in Docklands

They seek an Admin Assistant / Customer Solutions Analyst to work full time responsible for the following

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Training Experience including training material creation/process documentation
  • Virtual working experience
  • Professional attitude and service orientated
  • Strong team player – ability to collaborate with others (in or outside of the team)
  • Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Inquisitive, investigative, and mature attitude

To be successful in this role we require the following

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales operations/sales analytics
  • Strong Systems experience, including high levels of proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, JDE, Salesforce
  • Strong admin skills 
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly in dealing with customers over the phone and following through on their queries etc
  • Preparation of excel spreadsheets and analysis of reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
