We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service team, based at Gladesville,  Sydney, supporting the Pacific region customers and sales teams. 

Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers.  The right person will be matured minded, have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment. Your day to day duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing superior service levels to internal and external customers at all times
  • Receive, process and update customer orders – high level of data entry required
  • Handle all sales, telephone and internet enquires relating to orders, credits, deliveries and other related information

The Criteria:

This is an integral part of the business and it's key that you truly have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service – as with everyone in the organization your passion will be key to your success.

 
You will have the following skills and experience to be considered for this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar Customer Service role
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills – ability to prioritise and follow up 
  • Excellent data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Back order management
  • Ability to multitask, strong problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
  • Personable and friendly nature
  • Strong people skills with the ability to work with cross functional departments
  • Complete understanding of the Supply Chain process flow
  • Intermediate competencies with ERP and MS office systems
