About The Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Venue Manager with a gaming focus to lead and manage the day to day Gaming operations. You will be an integral part of the management team responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Managers in the day to day operations of the Gaming room

You will be responsible for;

  • Assisting in day to day operations of the Gaming room
  • Improving Gaming and TAB performance
  • Providing weekly reports to management
  • Rotating roster with day's and late night shifts (MON-FRI)
  • Leading and managing a Gaming team
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all time

About you

  • A passion for the Gaming industry
  • Proven ability in managing teams with a bit of a 'people person personality
  • Be passionate about customer experience and service
  • Hold a current RSA and RCG competency card
