IT Support Officer - Level 1 & 2

PDG Corporation is an established property developer, known for delivering high quality and luxury developments across the Melbourne CBD.  

Reporting directly to the Group ICT Manager, you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support on a Windows environment, logging and triaging assigned tickets and walk-ups.

Provide IT support across all associated companies within the Group where no two days will be the same!

 

About the Role:

  • Troubleshooting for a diverse range of end-user requests, ranging from desktop hardware, software, application support queries, networking, and service desk requests
  • You will be passionate and have a groundwork of customer service that demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to help maintain SLA’s

 

Working across the following:

  • Windows 10 
  • Office 365, Outlook, Teams 
  • Zendesk ServiceDesk Tool 
  • Active Directory and Group Policy 
  • Networking (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN) 
  • Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019 
  • HP Desktop, Laptop and Servers 
  • iOS mobile devices

 

About You:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar IT Desktop Support style role
  • Experience supporting Microsoft technologies: Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory and ITSM framework knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • An IT bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
