Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney's business, retail and entertainment district.

The hotel boasts 369 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites offering contemporary living for the modern business or leisure traveller. Facilities include the award-winning spa centre Spa & Sport, a fully equipped fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and lobby bar as well as eight state-of-the-art meeting rooms including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people.

An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Food & Beverage Team and we are looking for customer service superstar to fill the role of Food & Beverage Attendant. Reporting to Wine & Dine Manager, you are able to deliver exceptional customer service, have impeccable attention to detail and a great personality to match. Having natural ability to work with an energetic team environment, you will enjoy serving quality food that is consistently outstanding and captivating to all senses, and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.

As a future leader performer you will possess the following attributes:

  • Must have Passion for Food & Beverage and to deliver an outstanding service
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and multi-task, as part of a team as well as unsupervised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional grooming and personal presentation
  • Excellent spoken English communication skill
  • Flexibility to work over a rotating roster including some early starts and late finishes weekends and public holiday
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a large Hotel or Restaurant environment
  • Hold a current RSA Certificate 
  • Legal right to work in Australia for a minimum of 12 months
