We are looking for a Star Customer Service/Admin All-rounder with exceptional Microsoft skills, written and verbal communication skills to work alongside our Sales & Marketing Team in North Rocks. If 3 days a week, 4 hours a day is something that would suit you, send over your resume.
Must be able to start ASAP
- Handle customer service queries and complaints through social media platforms
- Process customer replacement parts/orders and follow up
- Liaise with warehouse re; process outgoing mail order deliveries with Australia Post
- Communicate and providing product/QA feedback on customer concerns to the Sales & Marketing Team
- Support and assist the Sales and Marketing teams with adhoc duties
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Power point and Excel. Have a substantial understanding of how to do Pivot Tables, Formulas and V look ups a must!
- Back up Reception answering phones when required
- Customer Service with a smile and a positive attitude is essential to join our team at North Rocks.
