The Position

Reporting directly to the National HR Manager based at our Moorebank head office, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function for Australia and Singapore.

The role will commence in late Jan/early Feb 2020.  It is part time 30 hours per week with a view to go full time as the need grows.

In this role you will provide general reporting, administration, training, return to work and recruitment support.  You will provide support in the development of the Caesarstone Culture and Employer Branding in close cooperation with the National HR Manager.

You must ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

To be successful you’ll have:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in HR or Business.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role ie:
    • Providing administrative HR support to a National Operation
    • Writing policy and procedures
    • Recruiting to different roles and levels in an organization
    • Providing administration for WH&S and return to work processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with many levels and types of people.
  • Clear, concise and effective communication skills and solid relationship building skills.
  • Commercial acumen, with a flexible and innovative approach to administration and HR.
  • Highly computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office Products (at least intermediate in word, excel, power point); working experience with internet and office 365.
