Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the newly created role of Sales Support Officer will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer and partner experience with The Plunge Pool Company.

This role will expose you to a great breadth of experience across consumer sales and service and business development/account management responsibilities.
In collaboration with a highly engaged and driven team, our new Sales Support Officer will be responsible for the following key activities:
Providing exceptional inbound communication with our customers, dealers and install partners - across phone, email, web enquiry and social media channels.
Maintenance of customer enquiries and sales leads, through our CRM, Hubspot.
Working within a busy sales & enquiry pipeline
Assist our dealer and fulfilment network, which include builders, retailers and a diverse trade based network of installation partners.
Engaging with customers, dealers and installers in the fulfilment of orders
General administration of business, including working with the accounts and operations teams in the planning and processing of orders, invoicing and other compliance/admin activities
