Our Warehouse Officer role:

This position is within the Finance Department stores team where you will complete day to day warehouse activities including; freight handling, inventory administration, assisting with procurement inquiries and maintenance of warehouse facilities to support the requirements of stakeholders from across the Northparkes team.

In this role you will be responsible for accurate data entry, processing and retrieval of warehouse information, including store issues, purchase order receipts, stocktaking transactions and bin location movements with a strong focus on a Zero Harm culture.

This position is a fixed term opportunity for a team player reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator.

The successful applicant will possess the following essential criteria:

  • Certificate III in Warehousing & Logistics or;
  • Demonstrated experience working in a warehousing environment
  • Current drivers and forklift licence
  • Computer skills and high level attention to detail
  • Previous SAP experience and knowledge of Dangerous Goods Legislation highly regarded
