Our Client is a progressive and very fast growing business in the technology sector.  With their Office Manager taking leave for knee surgery, they require an experienced and highly capable temp replacement to cover the above 5 week period.

Duties include:-

PA to CEO and COO
  • Diary management for both
  • Domestic travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car service)
 Office Management
  • Ordering groceries
  • Receptionist
  • Event coordination
  • Meeting room management (setting up water etc for VIP meetings)
  • Domestic travel arrangements for staff (flights, accommodation)
  • Maintaining office
  • Setting up desks for new starters
  • Ordering stationary
  • Taking photos of new starters – updating photo chart
  • Sending new starters gym forms
  • Ordering business cards
  • Managing passes
  • Maintaining the kitchen
To be considered you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the above and be confident (and experienced) supporting Senior Executives.  The ideal candidate for the position will be a top communicator with energy and drive, be highly organised and thrive in a busy and diverse position.

Hourly rate is negotiable dependent on experience however $30-$35 per hour + Super could be considered as a guide.
