My client is a long established and leading Global Clinical Research Organisation.  They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong skills in Talent Search & Acquisition to join their friendly corporate team in a temporary capacity.  The assignment will be to Christmas.

You will be responsible for coordination of the recruitment process for Australia and New Zealand offices and will include:
  • Screening applications
  • Shortlisting
  • Phone screening
  • Organising interview for Managers
  • Reference Checks
  • Assisting with on-boarding of new team members
  • Documenting all procedures
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of two years in-house recruitment experience in a corporate environment and a high degree of familiarity with a broad range of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter. You will be an excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with Senior stakeholders and will thrive in a corporate, fast-paced environment.   Chinese speaking is high desirable however not essential.

Hourly rate will be up to $40.00ph + Superannuation, dependent on experience.
