 ABOUT THE ROLE

Whether you are an experienced Sales Consultant looking for your next big break or you are wanting to launch your career in sales, we have an exciting opportunity for you to get your foot in the door and start your successful and rewarding career with us.

Opportunities are available for both phone and mobile sales roles that will see you actively responding to quality inbound leads, building rapport with prospective clients, offering custom fit business solutions and seeing them through to successful conversion and account maximisation.

Based at our brand-new head office location, these key positions will see you promoting our unique, industry leading products and services including Novated, Operating and Fully Maintained Lease options to a broad national client base.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered, you will:  

  • Have a driven and motivated approach to achieving results
  • Genuine passion to not only meet but regularly exceed KPIs and targets
  • Effective communication and selling style, able to adapt to a broad range of clients
  • Confident approach to building rapport and building effective long-term customer relationships
  • Proven track record in B2B, B2C or Retail Sales
  • Experience in an outbound sales call centre environment or similar
  • Dedicated and disciplined approach to work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Current drivers’ licence, with clean driving record

Whilst not essential, experience in automotive, fleet, finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded.
