About the Position

We are seeking a Service Customer Contact Agent to join our National Customer Contact Team, based in Alexandria. To be successful in this role you will have a strong passion for building customer relationships, be results driven and thrive in a fast pace environment. The role involves making next day service follow up calls and providing feedback to dealerships and contacting existing customers that a due for a service with the aim of securing a booking.

 You will be responsible for:

  • Outbound service retention calls
  • Outbound customer follow-up calls
  • Over the phone customer service
  • Building strong relationships between customers and the dealership
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Inbound overflow service bookings as required

 As the successful candidate, you must have:

  • Outbound call centre experience
  • Capability to make high volume calls
  • Confident phone manner with good communication skills
  • Customer service skills & good attitude to assist customers
  • Excellent computer skills, ability to use multiple screens
  • Reliable, with strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated team player
