 ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently undertaking a progressive growth and development phase, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

This key position will see you professionally representing the Fleetcare brand in the marketplace, developing new and existing relationships, responding to tenders, delivering sales presentations, nurturing prospective opportunities through negotiation stages and securing commercially viable business. 

Covering all Fleet products and services across NSW this broad position will see you playing an integral role in our national new business sales strategy and subsequent business growth.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered, you will:  

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in Business Development across the entire Fleet Management and Leasing sector
  • Have a driven, strategic and motivated approach to achieving results
  • Genuine passion to not only meet but regularly exceed KPIs and targets
  • Effective communication and selling style, able to adapt to a broad range of clients and decision makers
  • Confident approach to building rapport and building effective long-term customer relationships
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills and a confident approach to presentations and tender responses
  • Dedicated and disciplined approach to work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Current drivers’ licence, with clean driving record
