RPA Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate user requests for business process automation using models to determine feasibility and technical requirements.
  • Participate in team design meetings, daily  catch up meetings, and other development meetings
  • Develop a strong understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functions
  • Work with team members to identify, mitigate and resolve project issues and risks
  • Solid communication skills for client interaction 
  • Develop effective working relationships 
  • Ability to adapt and work with team members of various levels of experience 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in object oriented programming
  • Previous experience in application development and implementation support
  • Previous RPA Development experience
  • Individual skills preferred: process minded, good presentation and communication skills

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience working with customers to analyse requirements and document processes
  • Experience working with automation tools, ideally RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UI Path and Automation Anywhere
  • Experience with testing automation tools will also be valued
  • Strong knowledge of object orientated programming
  • A good understanding of test driven development
  • An understanding of LEAN principles
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Able to successfully manage tasks/priorities and escalate when required
