About the opportunity
Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, this role will act as the key client relation's contact for Autocare Services, liaising with and facilitating the requirements of the client and matching these to the processing, transportation and administrative capabilities of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiate, at a senior level, contract rates, terms and conditions and operational requirements.
  • Establish future business plans and implement these to achieve best possible outcomes with clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and assist in developing future business.
  • Proactively work with clients and operational areas to improve customer service levels.

About your experience
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in the management of strategic business planning and continuous improvement processes with strong influencing and negotiation skills enabling you to win the confidence of customers and other stakeholders. With solid experience in a client relationship role within a large scale supply chain environment you will have a proven ability to balance customer needs with the requirements of the business. A tertiary or post graduate qualification in marketing, logistics, commerce or business management would be highly regarded.
