About the Project:

 

AGC (Ausgroup) has been awarded a AU$30 million construction contract with Yara Pilbara Nitrates (“YPN”), a joint venture between Yara International ASA (“Yara”) and Orica Limited (“Orica”) for the Technical Ammonium Nitrate (“TAN”) Plant which is located near Karratha, Western Australia. The project will be executed in August 2019 with appropriate lead in works from July 2019.

FIFO from Perth only will see you work a 3 & 1 roster, 13 day fortnight (every second Sunday is an RDO). If you live, locally in Karratha the roster is 6 days on, 1 day off and 5 days on, 2 days off. The positions on offer are Fulltime Fixed Term and will see you through to Christmas with the potential of additional scope into the New Year.

What are we looking for?

 

Knowledge and proven experience with:

  • Extensive tubing experience.
  • Swagelock fittings and tubing.
  • Advanced tube bending.
  • Steam trace lines.
  • Instrument sample panel modifications.
  • Ability to plan out tasks and execute with limited supervision.
  • Willing to assist other trades as required

About you:

  • Hold Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Swagelock Licence or equivalent
  • Construction Card (White or Blue Card)
  • Current WAH and CSE Tickets (within 2 years)
  • Must be willing to obtain a Dangerous Goods Security Card
