Accounts Clerk (4 days) per week - Moorabbin - $28-$30 per hour + super
  • Work in a small close knit team environment
  • 4 Days per week with flexibility to work extra day occasionally
  • Permanent Part-time Position (8am Start)
Our client is a small family business located in Moorabbin.  They are looking for an Accounts Clerk who loves dealing with customers to join their team 4 days per week.
 
This position is looking to start ASAP so get your application in ASAP.
 
You will be:
  • Answering customer service calls for approx. 2 hours per day
  • Accounts Payable duties
  • Accounts Receivable duties
  • Completing daily bank reconciliations and allocations
  • Processing invoices using MYOB
  • Processing payments using MYOB
  • Ability to process BAS would be highly desirable but not essential
To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following:
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar accounts role
  • Proven experience working with MYOB
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • BAS experience is highly regarded but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
