The successful applicant will be an exceptional educator and communicator. Reporting to the Head of Junior School you will play an integral role in the wellbeing system at Roseville College, offering support services to students, parents and staff. You will have the ability to develop positive relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and be proactive in your support of the Christian mission and values of Roseville College. 

The successful applicant will be: 

  • Fully registered psychologist with AHPRA 
  • Experience working with children and their families in a mental health/clinical setting 
  • Experience interpreting psychometric assessments (e.g. WISC, WIAT) 
  • Managing the legal, ethical and organisational requirements of a clinical, counselling role within an educational setting (e.g. privacy, confidentiality and disclosure) 
  • The ability to effectively operate as a member of a dynamic team 
  • A strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated 
  • Flexibility and a high degree of motivation for the role 
  • A track record of being approachable with an empathetic work ethic 
  • A willingness to be involved in the broader life of the College 
  • A demonstrated commitment to Christian values.
