Outbound Sales [Appointment Setter/Lead Qualifer]

To join our growing enterprise in the Customer Engagement/Sales Support team, it would be an advantage to be experienced in Outbound Sales, Appointment Setting & Lead Qualifying. 

Based in our purpose-built Carrington showroom, you will be working alongside a team of seasoned industry professionals passionate about creating a customer-centric, focused experience and delivering upon our promises for our clients; and when all else fails the ability to own and rectify issues whilst maintaining the customer relationship.

About the Role

Working closely with our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for contacting cold/warm leads from multiple sources to book them in for an appointment with one of our team of specialists.

In addition, you will:

  • Deliver a high volume of outbound calls
  • Collect, manage and maintain client information and status updates within our CRM
  • Follow up and move clients and leads forward in the sales process
  • Work with sales in a support role and move towards building your own client base to manage

You will succeed in this position because nothing makes you happier than achieving your own targets/goals whilst helping others achieve theirs. You thrive working in a busy but fun environment, with a culture where you will enjoy coming to work. 

We will support you with the right tools, training and coaching and once you're up and running we love to reward great work.

Desired Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • At least 12 months experience as a B2C/B2B Appointment Setter / Sales or similar role 
  • Previous experience in, or knowledge  of Sales/Call Centres highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and required activity levels
  • Outstanding phone manner and communication skills
  • Sound computer skills, being able to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Tenacious nature when dealing with clients
  • Sound understanding of Value and Solution based outcomes for clients
