Business Intelligence Manager

We are the largest independent aerospace-grade advanced composite manufacturer in Australia, partnering with some of the world’s largest Aerospace/Defence organisations in our state of the art manufacturing facility located in Bankstown. A new opportunity has been created for a committed and passionate Business Intelligence Manager, who will be responsible for developing the business intelligence capability to support the whole business by enhancing the company’s ERP – Syspro. This position is also responsible for driving a continuous improvement culture focusing on the utilisation of data to make better and more informed decisions.  You will be part of our journey to digitise the business with Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Snapshot of the role

  • Lead the design and delivery of the company’s ERP roadmap and future data requirements
  • Lead the implementation of ERP enhancements and improved ERP knowledge / use across the company
  • Provide commercial, value-add insights and analysis with a direct correlation to better business decisions
  • Work alongside stakeholders across the business, develop and create relevant and meaningful reporting analyses and dashboards
  • Team management

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce or relevant stream
  • Experience in accounting/financial analysis
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using BI/SQL tools
  • Experience in systems administration and positive cultural change
